You are invited to participate in the VCUarts Library Use Survey. In this survey, all VCUarts students and faculty will be asked about their awareness and use of VCU Libraries resources. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project, and it is very important for us to learn your opinions. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Please do not share any personal or sensitive information in your responses.
If you are a student, when you have completed the survey you can choose to be entered into a lottery to win one of 8 $25 Amazon gift cards as thanks for your participation. The contact information you share to enter will be separated from your survey responses.
