VCU Faculty Exit Survey 

Hello: 

Virginia Commonwealth University seeks to identify ways to improve support for faculty and the faculty experience by understanding why faculty leave the university. This information is meaningful for continuous improvement efforts and we would very much appreciate your time in providing feedback.

The survey should only take 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Should you wish to speak with someone in the Provost’s Office or the Office of the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences about your experience at VCU, you can elect to provide your contact information at the end of the survey.

Survey responses are anonymous unless respondents choose to provide identifying information. Please know that the information you provide in this survey is confidential and will not be included in your personnel file, nor will it be used to affect any future employment at VCU or elsewhere. Information from exit survey responses is used to understand factors that contribute to faculty satisfaction. Please note that specific concerns brought forward in this exit survey may be subject to the VCU Duty to Report and Protection from Retaliation policy.
